Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account from the app

Open Kwill, go to Settings, and choose “Delete account”. Confirm when asked.

Deletion runs immediately. It is permanent and cannot be undone — there is no recovery window and no way for us to restore the account afterwards.

2. If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the Settings screen, email privacy@kwill.app from the address the account was registered with.

We will confirm that the address belongs to you and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request.

3. What gets deleted

Your profile and account details.

All your theses, documents and chats.

All uploaded sources and references.

Your subscription and saved preferences.

4. Export your work first

Deleting your account does not return your work to you. If you want to keep a thesis, export it to a .docx file before you delete — once deletion runs, the documents cannot be recovered.
